Dr. Devesh K. Sahu brings over two decades of expertise in applied research, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) across diverse sectors including public health, nutrition, education, WASH, and gender-responsive programming in India and Nepal. He has worked extensively with leading international organizations such as UNICEF, CARE, Save the Children, and Jhpiego, as well as with national institutions like the Indian
Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur and Mamta Health Institute for
Mother and Child.

His academic contributions include teaching and research engagements with GG University, Bilaspur and SV University, Tirupati, where he has advanced knowledge in anthropology, tribal development, and public health.
